SHIPPING AND RETURN INFORMATION
Orders are processed within 48 hours and expected to ship between 1-3 days. Please, email us at email@example.com
if there are any issues with your product or delivery, and we will quickly remedy the issue.
Returns and exchanges should be requested within 30 days of delivery. If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, we will issue a 100% refund; however, only towels returned in their original package will be refunded. If you are unable to ship the product back, no worries! You can bury it in your backyard and it will decompose in 6 - 8 months!

before returning package to explain reason for return as well as order number.
• You will then receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number which should be written on the outside of the returned package.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, except for those reported defective.
• Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.
• The item being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The order will be refunded once the package has been delivered to our headquarters.
